Norges Statsbaner
Norges Statsbaner is the Norwegian Railways owned by the government
for the last 160 years or so. You may be surprised by learning that
a railway company offers travelsickness bags. If you are, I strongly
suggest you take your next vacation doing Norway by train.
In case you don't really want to see Norway anyway, I'll tell you
a little bit more about the Norwegian Railways and why you may need
this bag if you travel with them.
- Norway isn't very flat. In fact, it is not flat at all. One day
the people making roads and railways in Norway will find out and
do something about it, but for now, you have to accept a lot of
turns and stomach-moving maneuvers if you want to travel in
Norway. These turns make your balance sensor in your ear pretty
confused. This is what may cause travelsickness.
- The food on the train is very, very, VERY uhm... exotic and
errr... picturesque. It doesn't taste very well, and it doesn't
digest too well either, to be honest. So... Well. I think this
is explanation enough, really.
But at least it's a nice bag!
