Det er mye klaging på rasutsatte offentlige veier i Norge, men det er jammen mange privat oppførte hus som også ser ut til å ligge lagelig til for laviner. Problemet er vel mest bare at landskapet noen steder egentlig ikke har plass til mennesker som vil ha flatt underlag.
