Implementation Issues

  The RCLASS program has been implemented using the object oriented language C++ on a Sun UNIX Workstation. Our code is based on the work of Jon Petter Hjulstad, and his code is again based on code from RSES which was developed at the University of Warsaw, Poland. RSES was written by Jan G. Bazan, Adam Cykier, Andrzej Skowron and Piotr Synak. We will first discuss the main structure of our classification program, before we explain the use of each class.

The code for the graphical user interface was written in the script language Tcl/Tk. The design of this will not be discussed, but all source code is listed in Appendix .
