One may use RGEN without starting the graphical user interface. This is done with the following command at the UNIX command prompt:
rgen tablefile dictionaryfile threshold type rtype numReducts >rulefile
The parameters are the same as those described in the previous
subsection. If type is 0, prioritized rules are created, otherwise
it is non-prioritized rules. If rtype is 0, class descriptions
are used, otherwise minimal descriptions are created.
