Unlit NPC: Tikoni

Tikoni

A minor drow noble from a minor house, Tikoni has a lot of raw talent - but seems to lack in determination. Though she is skilled in minor magics, she doesn't have the drive of more powerful drow. Furthermore, she was subtly chosen by the Sorcere Council of Ched Dorfei as the 'political excuse' for the Sorcere Outstation project. That, and that she's hopelessly naive, and truly believes the Lloth doctrine of betterment of all drow through striving against other drow.

Physically, she is quite tall for a drow woman, and fairly well muscled. Beautiful, intelligent and in excellent shape, she would really be quite a catch for any drow house - if she had any drive to her whatsoever, and wasn't so infuriatingly naive.

Actually, she would be quite content with spending her time in research of various magics, and believes that the Sorcere Outstation project will be her big break. Though not very important, she is usually accompanied by Nysh and Bakh, two drow warriors (War3) sworn to protect her.

The buffs she would commonly cast on herself includes Mage Armor (spell), Fox's Cunning (spell), Owl's Wisdom (spell). A roll of "2" is assumed on the 1d4, granting a +3 bonus on Intelligence and Wisdom. She usually reserves her potions as a last resort. Tikoni has far more value in magical items than the disposable males at the Sorcere Outstation, as befitting her superior role as a female in the matriarchal drow society. She does get a -1 Armor Check Penalty as well as a 15% arcane failure percent as long as she's toting her shield around.
