Introducing Force: A telekinetic who can turn himself and others invisible.

Powers: Force can form an invisible barrier which can turn whoever is inside the barrier invisible. He can also project telekinetic force in a variety of fashions. By 'pushing' himself he can rotate himself slightly out of phase with the universe, (desolidification), or all the way, (Extra- Dimensional travel).

Force comes from the same wartorn dimension that Vector Assault comes from. Said world has been wracked by the nastiest paranormal war you can imagine. The mages who rule the contesting forces are rarely seen and even more rarely involved directly, resulting in significant resentment of them by the troops of both sides. Force and other paranormals from this dimension are likely to be trained to the fullest in the combat applications of their powers. Military applications, anyway. Thus, they will usually have some way of affecting even the highest dcv opponent.

Questions: How does strength add to HtH damage which has advantages like armor piercing and affect hex on it? Can an invisible person reflect an attack not aimed at him, but through his hex? What mods on ocv does this maneuver get?
