Description:
The Howler is a large, powerfuly built man, 6'1" and 180 lbs. He has short brown hair, brown eyes and a strong chin. His neck is very thick due to his mutated throat. When acting as the Howler, he dresses in a distictive yellow costume with kevlar reinforcement. His sonic powers allow him to shatter just about anything. He can also create a 'wall' of sound, capable of knocking down buildings.
