Game Effect:  Oolong attacks only with illusion, but has some magic devices
he can use to 'capture' (suppress) the essence anyone attacking him.  He is
easily defeated by multiple attackers, but can dispel single attacks with an
aborted action.  He runs a classic Chinatown Apothecary and Curio shop.  This
base is a Variable Power Pool plot device that requires careful supervision
by the GM.  His lack of urgency can frustrate players with immediate needs,
but he is easily motivated by charity and curiosity.  

Favorite Tactics: As an ageless mortal Oolong thinks cowardice is a sign of
wisdom, thus he avoids physical combat.  He never hurries and has defeated
many enemies by living to preside at their funerals.  He uses his high PRE
and bluffing skill to bend combat timing to his favor.  He uses his dispels
to thwart the attacks and powers of his enemies while using illusions to
attack, discourage and defeat them.  If threatened by multiple attacks, or
when his human form is injured, Oolong retreats by turning invisible and
gliding away.  He will feign death to avoid the real thing.  

History: As a lesser and late born member of the great oriental wurms Oolong
learned to dislike and avoid his kin.  He found their egos and greed to be
quite insufferable, and this made for little pleasure in the first 7000 years
of his life.  Then the first humans migrated into the mountainous home of the
dragons.  
	The other wurms thought of man as a tasty morsel and failed to see the
threat posed by their modestly combined gifts of intelligence, stubbornness
and rapid breeding.  Oolong quickly learned to like mankind, take human form
and infiltrate their emerging culture.  In a seemingly short time, perhaps 2
millennia, the other dragons were gone.  Oolong continues his secret study
and admiration of mankind.  
	Every 1 to 3 hundred years Oolong's reputation for long life and miraculous
herbal medicine creates a stir and he moves to a new region or country.  He
stays within the Chinese culture, using its reverence for age and magic to
maintain comfortable respect while avoiding notoriety.
