Snakeskin is a vigilante, something that the police and press don't usually
like. In his secret ID (Wilson Douglas, prison guard), he wears a wig, to
further conceal his identity. While in his hero ID, he occasionally acts
racist, to further throw people off. He wears two small, highly reflective
shields on his arms, that he normally uses as armor, by allowing his quick
reflexes to block the blow. He also uses these to deflect incoming missile
attacks (particularly energy attacks), and as a secret weapon, he can also
flash his opponents if he catches the sunlight right (he seldom uses this,
though, since he usually works at night).
He is adept at rolling with punches (damage reduction w/ breakfall), and has trained his mind to ward off mental attacks (if he makes his ego roll). His mental training also allows him to access endurance reserves to push his martial attacks.
A skilled acrobat and athlete, Snakeskin should be a match for any villain of equal power. But since he grew up in Maine, he still prefers cold weather, and takes extra damage from heat attacks.
