Barnett is a tall, handsome man with blond hair, blue eyes and an excellent physical build. He stands 6' and weighs 170 lbs. A popular and well known TV evangelist, he truly believes that the wild card virus is the tool of the Devil. He is disgusted by jokers and feels they their jokerdom is an expression of their sins. On the other hand, he does try and feel compassion for the jokers themselves, as sort of 'hate the sin, but love the sinner' attitude. Eventually, he becomes President (in the Cards Sharks books) and his ambition and disgust has grown to genocidal proportions.
