A sudden rash of violent crime has been breaking out in the major
metropolitan area. Rioting and fighting seem to have risen 300% in the
past week, predominantly in the low income neighborhoods. Police officials
believe that this outbreak has something to do with a new drug on the street.
This new drug, known as BLISS on the streets, seems to have effects on
peoples mental states, although police have been unable to obtain any
samples to test. It is believed to be an inhalant type drug, that suddenly
became available city wide almost overnight. Police are still unable to
determine the source of this new drug and are offering a reward for any
information leading to further data on the drug...
