IntroductionAda was designed with three overriding concerns: program reliability and maintenance, programming as a human activity, and efficiency. Ada95 is a very powerful general purpose object orientated language. It got its ISO standardisation in 1995 and was therefore the first standardised OOP language. The language includes exception handling, generic templates, concurrency and distributed execution. My Ada softwareaInvisiclue : an Infocom Invisiclue Decoder (toy project) [finished]Klokka : a GtkAda clock using concurrency (toy project) [finished] Glosa : a vocabulary builder (education project) [in development]
For me, Ada95 puts back the joy in programming.
