Black Bart is originally Australian, and her accent makes her stick out in a crowd. Of course, unless the crowd is totally blind, her extremely good looks makes her stand out further - and her incredibly bad temper is just sort of the icing on the proverbial cake.
When she was younger - not that she's particularly old now - she was something of a silent, grey mouse. Now that she's gained a certain notoriety in the Street Fighter circuit, as well as her hometown of Alice Springs, she sort of revels in her 'badness'.
She is particularly proud of her three-year string of wins in the Australian Outback Invitational, a small tournament in a remote region of Australia. That is, any region is remote, unless it is in a city, but this particular tournament was in one of those regions.
Starting with the people that had dared to start the tournament without her, she gave each a little present to remember her by. Broken wrist, smashed fingers, light internal haemorrhaging - that sort of thing. And then she set her sights on the guy that had dared to usurp the title that was rightfully hers... Damien Fury!
